OVERVIEW OF SPRING TRAINING
NEE Spring Training consists of weekend and weekday training sessions (with an option to choose one or the other). If opting in to team selection, these training sessions will lead to tournament play.

Teams representing NEE at the Regional Club Championships and the National Club Championship if qualified. Various other scrimmage opportunities are to be announced.
Regional Teams (U12, U14, U16 and U19)
Teams representing NEE at the Shooting Star Regional Cup (U14, U16, U19) & Kids Cup (U12). Various other scrimmage opportunities are to be announced.
Local Teams (U12, U14, U16 and U19)
Teams representing NEE at local events, tournaments, and scrimmages. See below for local playing opportunities that have been announced thus far.
AGE GROUPS

U10: Players born after July 31, 2015, are eligible.
U12: Players born after July 31, 2013, are eligible.
U14: Players born after July 31, 2011, are eligible.
U16: Players born after July 31, 2009, are eligible.
U19: Players born after July 31, 2007, are eligible.

We will be using the first 3 weeks of practice to evaluate for Spring Season tournament play.
ALL athletes will be placed into a group based on performance. Previous team selections will not be factored into Spring decision-making.

DATES: 10 sessions
** Players are guaranteed 9 sessions if cancellations occur due to inclement weather
Stay tuned for an email on April 7th with confirmation of registration, final details on turf, tryout times, days, etc…

Please understand that some dates listed below are subject to change due to UML spring sports receiving priority over outside rentals and accommodations with our spring tournament schedule.
**2hr practice block assignments will be released and are subject to change once we collect all final registrations and have a better idea of numbers.
weekday Skills Series:
FOR WHO: ALL
U12-U19: ALL Field Players AND GKS.
**STRONGLY recommended for goalies who want small group private skill training. Sundays will be geared toward gameplay, while the skills session is imperative for individual GK development.

WHEN OFFICIALLY REGISTERING FOR SPRING SEASON YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO INDICATE WHETHER OR NOT YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE EVALUATED FOR TOURNAMENT PLAY.
